544WSP is proposing on the DC Water Construction Management Basic Order Agreement (BOA) DCFA 544 & 545 Water & Sewer System Infrastructure. WSP is looking for federal DBE and WBE partners that have DC Water, or analogous, Construction Management and Inspection experience with projects as follows: • Interceptor Pipe rehabilitation in Multiple Phases • Small and large diameter water main replacement • Water Transmission line • Sewer rehabilitation • Trenchless Technologies • Water storage • Facilities CEI Services WSP needs teaming partners for the following scopes of work: • Project Controls – Scheduling, Estimating, Document Management • Field inspection for disciplines civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and SCADA controls • Inspection Company with DCRA certification • Geotechnical and material sampling and testing If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please provide the following documentation no later than Thursday, August 10. • Staff resume showing relevant experience with water and sewer authorities pipeline projects, DC Water experience highly preferred. • Brief (one paragraph) description of two relevant prior projects performed by your firm in the past three years. • Capability statement, if available. • If you have previously worked on a project with WSP, please provide the name of the Project Manager with whom you worked. Chosen partners will be asked to provide documentation required for the proposal submittal. WSP will be unable to include firms on its team which do not provide required information in a timely fashion in order to meet proposal production deadlines.
